
MoTeC M800 ECU
MoTeC’s benchmark M800 is a versatile, race-bred ECU that is suitable for almost any application including modern engines with up to 12 cylinders. It also suits rotary engines with twin, triple or quad rotors.
It offers maximum sophistication to control the latest automotive advances, such as continuously variable camshaft timing and drive by wire throttle, while maintaining the flexibility to suit a range of users.

Optional Upgrades
Several options are available as upgrades to customise and grow your system. These additional features are activated through a simple password system, at any time when you need it.
For the M880 engine management system the following upgrades are available:
Data Logging 1MB
Allows recording of all ECU data to the 1 MB internal logging memory and analysing the data with MoTeC's i2 Standard software. This option is enabled for a free evaluation period of the first 8 hours engine running time.
Data Logging 4MB
Increases the internal logging memory to 4 MB. Requires the Data Logging 1 MB upgrade.
Pro Analysis
Provides access to advanced i2 Pro data analysis software with multiple graph overlays, X-Y plots, advanced maths functions, synchronised video (manual alignment), and flexible layouts to accommodate virtually any user preference. Requires the Data Logging 1 MB upgrade.
Telemetry
Enables transmission of live data from the vehicle to the pit where it can be viewed in real time using the MoTeC Telemetry Monitor software. Requires radio modems or other means of transmission.
Remote Logging
Enables converting telemetry data into a log file to use with i2 data analysis software. Requires the Telemetry upgrade.
Wideband Lambda
Allows the use of the onboard wideband Lambda controller for NTK UEGO or Bosch LSU sensors. Available in single version, expandable to the dual version. The single version is enabled for a free evaluation period of the first 8 hours engine running time.
Continuously Variable Camshaft Control
Enables camshaft control with each cam independently adjustable in 0.5 degree increments based on RPM and load.
Drive by Wire Throttle Control
Enables control of the throttle body actuator by interpreting the driver's pedal input via sensors. Compatible with most OEM electronic throttles.
Servo Control
Allows the use of a 3D table to control a fast response, high torque DC or stepper motor.
Multipulse, Multispark
Enables configuring ignition to fire multiple times and injectors to open twice per cycle.
10/12 Cylinder Sequential
Enables up to 4 ignition outputs to be used as injector outputs, allowing for 10/12 high ohm injectors.
